How the numbers are calculated
Swim pace is expressed as time per 100 of the pool’s unit (yards for SCY, meters for SCM/LCM). Given distance D and time T, pace per 100 is T × 100 ÷ D. Rearranged, time = pace × D ÷ 100 and distance = pace⁻¹ × T × 100.
A lap split is the time for one pool length at that pace: pace × poolLength ÷ 100. Interval send-off is lap (or interval) swim time plus the rest you enter — the clock when the next repeat starts.
This is pool arithmetic, not a GPS or running-pace tool. SCY uses yards; SCM and LCM use meters. Figures are exact for the inputs you give.
